When I started this program, I was hoping for two specific changes: to lose weight and to feel better about myself. Before joining, I was already lifting weights, eating what I thought was healthy, and taking so many supplements. Despite all of that, I still had very low energy and was constantly dealing with depression. Overall, I felt defeated because nothing seemed to be working. I kept pushing myself to work out more, but it only made things worse.

This program does take work, but I quickly realized that I am worth that time and effort. There were moments when I felt stuck, but my Coach always supported me and reminded me that my measurements were shrinking and my muscle was building.

One of the biggest things I learned was that eating too little (even if it’s “healthy") is not actually healthy. I learned that fats and carbs are an important part of the process. It took me some time to fully understand and trust that concept, but once I did, I started seeing even more results.

My Coach hasn’t just helped me change my lifestyle, she’s helped change the way I take care of myself and how I love myself. I’ve learned that I am worth it. I can now enjoy food and have fun with it without feeling regret.
